1/2 c. oil
3 T. lemon juice
1 T. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 T. minced dried onion
1/2 c. water
2 lbs. chicken or flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over meat in shallow pan. Place in refrigerator, covered, 6-8 hours, turning every few hours. Grill over hot coals. Slice thinly. Serve with warm tortillas. Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Condiments: guacamole, salsa, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream.
