1 lb. lean ground beef
2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. diced celery
1 c. raw rice (regular)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. cashew nuts

Heat butter and brown beef in a deep kettle. Add all other ingredients, except nuts, blend well and pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350, stirring occasionally. About 1/2 hour before serving, add cashews.
