1 can blueberry pie filling
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can apple pie filling
Jo's pie crust recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Line bottom and sides of a 9"x13" baking dish with 2 parts of prepared pie crust, letting it hang over edge of dish about 1/2". Trim off to mix with remaining part of pie crust.
Spread in blueberry pie filling evenly, over it, spread in cherry pie filling, and over it, spread apple pie filling.
Wet edges of crust. Roll out remaining crust and place over top of filling. Press into wet edges of crust, trim evenly, and flute edges with fingers. Cut slits in top crust to vent. In a small bowl, beat 1 egg white with a fork, brush over top crust and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Bake for 35-40 min., until top is browned.
