Directions: |
Directions:Prepare the jello following instructions from the box. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours, dont let it get totally solid.
Soak the lady fingers in the milk mix with the spoon of rum for a sec or two and place them in the bottom of a glass rectangular container (basically making a layer of them). In a blender, mix the cream cheese and the condensed milk until it looks like an uniform mix. Pour it all on the lady fingers.
Remove the top part of the strawberries and cut them in half. Place them over the condensed mil mix, scattered (not everything has to be covered. With your hands, just break the jello, like making crumbles. Cover the mix of lady fingers, condensed mil and strawberries with the jello until you cant see anything white. Place back in the fridge for 2 3 hours and serve. |

Notes: It's really quick, but need to wait until the jello gets a little solid and then, once the whole thing it's put together, you need to put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
