2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup crushed soda crackers
3/4 cup grated raw potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well until smooth and firm. Form into balls. Brown and put in small roaster. Add liquid - maybe 4 cups water, dissolve 1 beef bouillion cube. Bake 1 hour in 325 oven.
