2 lbs ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 can 16 oz. kidney beans
2 cans tomatoes including juice - dice tomatoes if whole
1 - 8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off fat then put in slow cooker. Add 2 cans beans, 2 cans tomatoes including juice, can tomato sauce, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Cover cooker, turn to low for cooking 8 to 10 hours. Top each serving with shredded cheese & sour cream.
