3 heads iceberg lettuce
1 lb. bacon
1 (2 3/4 oz.) package slivered almonds
1 small red onion, sliced
2 small cans mandarin oranges

DRESSING:
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
2 1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and cook in skillet. Drain grease (reserve for later). Crumble bacon. Brown almonds in bacon grease. Let cool and add to lettuce, diced onion and oranges.

DRESSING:
In saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Do not let mixture bubble. Add the dressing to 1/2 cup oil. Mix well.

Pour over salad and toss.
