1/2 C finely crushed Graham Crackers, divided
1 can Lemon Pie filling
3 Egg Whites
1/2 C Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
3 tsp grated Lemon Rind
1/3 C Lemon Juice
12 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 9" pie pan with 1/4 cup of the graham crackers. Pour in lemon pie filling. Sprinkle remaining graham crackers over the top and freeze. Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add the sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy. Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Fold into the egg white mixture. Fold in lemon rinds and juice into the cool whip. Fold into egg mixture and pour over the crust. Put back in the freezer. Take straight from freezer to serve.
