1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon cajun or creole seasoning
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 lb. uncooked, peeled, jumbo shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through.
