2 c. chopped, cooked spinach (frozen, fresh or canned)
1 c. chopped raw celery
1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage

Mix together in large casserole dish and bake about 1 hour at 425. Pour off grease during baking.
