1 lb. stew meat
8 oz. can tomato sauce + 2 cans water
1 rib celery, diced
1 medium onion, quartered
6 large carrots, chunked
6 medium potatoes, quartered
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 tbsp. tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in heavy pot. Cover with lid and bake at least 5 hours at 250. Check during baking and add more water if necessary.
