1 tablespoon quick rise yeast
4 tsp. sugar
1/8 rounded teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 rounded teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp. dry oregano leaves
1/3 cup powdered milk
4 cups flour

1 3/4 cups 120 degree warm water
4 tablespoons Vegetable oil

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in mixer bowl.
2. Mix all warm water and oil together.
3. Gradually add liquids to dry ingredients as dough is mixed well with mixer paddle. Switch to dough hook and knead by machine until smooth and elastic, adding more flour as necessary to make a smooth dough.
4. Cover and let set 10 minutes.
5. Shape into 2 large pizza rounds
6. Top with 2 cups pizza sauce and desired toppings.
7. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-22 minutes.

Note: Do not need to use mixer; may mix and knead by hand.

Personal Notes:
We use this recipe for pizzas we sell at the school concession stand. Nice to mix dry ingredients and put in bags -- can then use as needed and is much quicker!

Crust is a medium thickness if 14" pans are used.
