1 medium Onion - Chopped
2 or 3 small Zucchini or Yellow Squash - Sliced
1 cup Fresh Green String Beans, cleaned
2 medium Baking, Red, or Yukon Gold Potatoes - Sliced thinly
1 cup Italian Dressing
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or slice all veggies, mix in zip top bag with dressing and spices.

Place in heavy duty aluminum foil packets. Bake for about 1/2 hour, turning once after 15 minutes.

Feel free to use other veggies as desired.
