6 Chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 jar (12 oz.) red currant jelly
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 package (10 oz.) frozen puff pastry shells, thawed
1 Tablespoon orange juice
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
2 Tablespoons white wine
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
On a floured surface, roll out pastry shells into six, 8-inch circles. Put a chicken breast in the center of each circle and top with 1/2 cup of rice, Fold the sides of the pastry in and then roll up jelly roll style. Place the pastries in a shallow baking dish seam side down. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
