1 1/2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the potatoes, orange juice, and sugar; blend well. Shape into 12 balls using about 2 tablespoons of mixture per ball. Roll in chopped pecans, then place on buttered baking sheet. Bake until heated through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
