11/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. Heavy cream chicken broth, boiling

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder. Make a well in the center and add eggs and cream. Stir with fork to make a dough. Cover and let set for 10 minutes, then knead until smooth. Roll dough out on a lightly floured board until very thin. Cover with a cloth and let stand for 30 minutes. After resting, roll dough up from long side and cut into half-inch pieces. Unroll noodles and allow to dry at least 2 hrs. After drying, boil noodles in a kettle of boiling chicken broth for 8 minutes. Serve the noodles with the broth. Makes 1/2 pound noodles. Serves 8.
