4 (10") tortillas
3 med. green peppers, cut into strips
1/2 c. lite soy sauce
2 tbsps. sugar
2 tbsps. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
12 oz. turkey or chicken, cut into strips
1 medium onion, chopped

Warm tortillas in 300 oven (wrap in foil). Combine soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch & crushed red pepper. Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Stir fry onion, peppers & garlic in skillet over med. heat 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add oil to skillet. Stir fry turkey over medium/high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink. Add soy sauce mixture. Cook & stir until bubbly. Add sweet pepper mixture; heat through. Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.
