2 large cucumbers
1 small onion
salt & pepper
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers very thin, salt & let rest in bowl. Squeeze cucumbers of all liquid, add sliced onion, vinegar & salt & pepper to taste.

Can also be done with sour cream. After cucumbers are squeezed add sour cream, salt & pepper to taste.
