1/2 c. soybean or sesame oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
3 T. tomato paste
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
