2 T. Dijon-style mustard
3 T. cider vinegar
3 T. honey
1/2 c. canola or corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Measure the mustard, vinegar and honey into the container of a blender. Turn motor on and slowly drizzle in the oil until the dressing is thick. Keep in refrigerator in a covered jar.
