Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, sliced in thin strips;
1/4 c. flour;
dash pepper;
1/4 c. butter/margarine;
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms;
1/2 c. minced onion;
1 can beef consomme;
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar;
1 c. sour cream;
hot, cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and pepper. Dip steaks strips in. Brown steak in melted butter (an electric skillet works well). Add mushrooms and onions; cook until onions are softened. Stir in consomme and vinegar. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Stir in sour cream and cook 5 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles.
