4 potato's quartered and sliced
1 onion sliced into rings
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter sliced
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray or spread oil on two large pieces of foil, place potatoes, onion, salt and pepper, cheese on foil then put pats of butter over top, then wrap foil and seal ends. Then place on grill (low heat) for approximately 15 or 20 min.

I went to stay at my aunt Edith's back in the 1970's and she and uncle Fred made these potatoes and I've been making these ever since. Thank you Aunt Edith and Uncle Fred!
