1 can Black Beans - Rinsed 1 can ShoePeg Corn - Drained 1 can Black eyed Peas - Drained 1 can Rotel Tomatoes w/ juice 1 can Diced Tomatoes 3 Green Onions chopped Diced Peppers - Optional 1/2 or less bottle zesty Italian Dressing
Dump everything together. Serve with tortilla chips.
It has enough liquid if you want to omit the Italian dressing for low fat. It tastes great heated too.
