1 pound hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 package taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup salsa
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup sour cream
10 med flour tortilla shells
2 cups taco flavored cheese
2 cups colbyjack cheese

Directions:

Fry hamburger, onion, green pepper. Add taco seasoning, refried beans, water and salsa. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour half of soup mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Lay out the tortilla shells. Divide hamburger mixture on shells. Roll up and place in pan, side by side. Top with remaining soup mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes more. May be served with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Yummy!
