1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
2 lbs powdered sugar - sift as you go
1 tsp. flavoring - mint, wintergreen, almond, etc
Food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Kneed softened cream cheese and powdered sugar
until it's not sticky anymore. Add flavoring, and food coloring. Add more powdered sugar if needed. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate. When chilled roll mixture into marble sized balls, coat with white sugar and press into mold. Release onto waxed paper. Let dry. Layer and place in freezer until needed. Makes about 200.

Mint making was a family tradition at the Schullers. We would all get together and make mints for each others graduations, weddings, etc.
