1 stick margarine
1 (med.) onion, chopped
1 (lg.) carrot, grated
1 (med.) green bell pepper, chopped
1 (4-oz.) jar chopped pimentos
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. raw rice
2 whole chicken breasts, boiled & cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' the onion, carrot, bell pepper & pimento in margarine. Add soups, rice & chicken breast. Add enough water to rinse out soup cans. Place mixture in 9" x 13" casserole dish. Cover & cook in oven @ 350 for 1 hr. Uncover & cook an additional 15 min.
