4-6 pieces of chicken (breasts halved or thighs),
1 cup water,
1 pkg. Knorr Spring Vegetable dry soup mix,
1/2 cup sour cream,
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the chicken in it. Stir in water and soup mixture. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer, covered, stirring occasionally. Cook this way about 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove the chicken to a place to keep warm. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Spoon this sauce over the chicken and serve over hot noodles or rice.

Personal Notes:
*This recipe tastes unique with the Spring Vegetable soup mix. Substitutes are not as good. This dish takes 30 minutes from start to eating.
