Directions:
Place salmon fillets on sheets of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Lay a lemon or lime slice over each portion. Drizzle with melted butter. Bring the front and back sides of the foil over the top of the salmon and pinch the top together (leave the foil loose, not snug). Leave the right and left ends open. A one-inch thick piece of fish needs to cook about 10 minutes. Reduce or increase time accordingly. Cook just until opaque and flaky.
