1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
dash of salt
2 to 2-1/2 T. non-fat milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, egg white, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Gradually add milk to reach desired consistency.
