6 c. diced potatoes
1 1/2 c. diced celery
4 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/2 medium onion
2 1/2 tbsp chicken bullion crystals
1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
milk
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add first 7 ingredients. Cover with water and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). Melt butter and mix with flour. Add into veggies. Add milk to cover well. Cook on med low heat until thickened. Before serving stir in cheese.
