1 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
butter
garlic salt
parmesan cheese
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Make slightly sticky. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Roll out rectangular. Cut about 1" strips, fold in half and twist. Dip in butter, sprinkle with garlic salt, sesame seeds and parmesan cheese. Bake 400 for 10-12 minutes.
*sometimes I make this quicker by spreading the dough onto a cookie sheet with sides. I pour and spred butter and add garlic salt. Then I use a pizza cutter to cut pizza and then bake as above.
