1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 1/2 c. flour and beat until smooth. Add oil and salt. Add more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise about one hour. Use for pizza or calzones. For pizza, bake in a very hot (450) oven. For calzones, follow recipe. Makes 2 12-inch pizza crusts or about 6 calzones.
