1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Salt and White pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar and oil. Puree raspberries in food processor. Add pureed raspberries to vinegar—oil mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve vinaigrette on crisp salad greens.
