Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. cracker meal
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. minced onion
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Make your own cracker meal by grinding saltines in the blender. Put all ingredients together in mixing bowl and mix by squooshing through fingers. Form into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 until cooked through. Add to your favorite spaghetti sauce for spaghetti and meatballs.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I replace the onion with onion powder to appease my picky eaters. I got this recipe from Mom, who I think got it from the Rocky Mtn. News. I adapted it from the original recipe, which says to brown the meatballs in a kettle instead of in the oven. They always turn into cubes when I do it that way!
