1 loaf (1 pound) French bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers, well drained
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread horizontally into three layers. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spread half the cheese mixture over bottom layer of bread Place second layer on top; spread with remaining cheese mixture. Top with third layer of bread. Wrap in foil and bake in 400F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bread is heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

TIP An oval, thicker loaf will be easier to cut into three layers than a baguette. Or, any loaf can be cut into two layers.
