1-- Box Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Recipe cake mix.
1--cup Cooking oil.
4-- Eggs
1--small can Mandarin oranges
1--cup Coconut

Topping:
1-- large can Crushed pineapple
1--small pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
1--large bowl Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
For cake, put dry mix into bowl and add, oil,eggs,oranges and mix well. Add coconut and mix. Pour 1/3 of batter into greased & floured 8 inch cake pan. Make a total of 3 layers. Bake at 325 about 10--12 minutes, or till test of middle shows done. Cool layers completely.
For topping: Mix Cool whip into crushed pineapple ( leaving juice in), then mix in pudding mix. Mix well and put cake layer on plate and top with generous amount of topping. Continue till all 3 layers are stacked and then frost entire cake with rest. Needs to be kept refrigerated till ready to eat.
