1 large orange
2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, halved
All purpose flour
1/2 cup Grand Marnier (or other liqueur)
3/4 cup heavy cream
Ground Nutmeg
Salt, White Pepper
Orange slices for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the zest from orange (use only the colored part, not the bitter white part). Julienne the zest very fine. Remove juice from the orange and discard orange.

Dust Chicken breast halves lightly with flour. Saute chicken in enough butter to keep from burning. Turn chicken often, cooking until golden.
Add Grand Marnier and orange zest to skillet; simmer a few minutes to allow chicken to absorb flavor. Add cream and simmer slowly to reduce just a bit. Add enough orange juice to bring sauce to desired consistency. Add nutmeg,salt, and pepper to taste. Garnish chicken with orange slices.
