1 T. olive oil
1 or 2 large garlic cloves
1/2 lb. butter
2 T. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil. Crush the garlic and sauté until blended with oil. Add butter, water, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Blend and simmer, do not boil. Add sparingly to pasta.
