1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup freshly, grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) package Angel Hair Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced, in butter in 3 qt. saucepan over medium heat 3 minutes. Stir in 2 cups whipping cream. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 3 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir 1 minute.

Prepare Angel Hair Pasta and add to above sauce.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
