1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/4 cup coarsely chopped drained water chestnuts
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
