1 large zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1/3 cup mayo
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch rounds. In small bowl, combine 1/3 cup mayo, 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese and 1/2 t. dried basil. Spread each slice with thin layer of mixture. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Preheat broiler. Arrange slices on broiling pan. Broil 5 inches from heat until brown. About one minute.
