8 cups spring greens or baby bibb lettuce
1 (14 oz.) can sliced beets, cut into julienne strips
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
1 large Bosc pear, thinly sliced
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled

SESAME VINAIGRETTE:
4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
1 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbs sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange greens on plate. Top each with beets, red onion, pear slices and feta cheese. Drizzle dressing over each before serving.

DRESSING:
Combine all ingredients in food processor, with steel knife blade. Add oil in slow, steady stream with machine running. (makes 3/4 cup)
