3 loaves thin ciabatta
about 1 cup sun-dried tomato paste
3, 5-oz packages mozzarella cheese, drained
about 2 tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs
2-3 tbsp olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1 A Cut each bread on the diagonal into 1215 slices, discarding the ends. Toast lightly on both sides.

2 Preheat the oven to 425F. Spread sun-dried tomato paste on one side of each slice of toast. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and arrange over the tomato paste.

3. Put the toasts on baking sheets, sprinkle with herbs and pepper to taste and drizzle with oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted and is bubbling. Let the toasts settle for a few minutes before serving.
