Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. yeast
1/2 cup warm (110) water
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the yeast and warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes till it gets foamy. Then, add the olive oil and flour, mixing well. Kneed this dough on a floured surface till smooth (1-2 minutes). Set it into an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes(somewhat warm but not in a cool spot!) Divide the dough into 4 pieces and, on a lightly floured surface, roll out to about 1/8th thickness. Brush both sides with olive oil and place directly on a hot grill. Flip over once to get both sides golden brown.
Best eaten with butter and jelly or folded for a sandwich. We often add pizza toppings after the 1st side is cooked and it has been flipped over. Great with sliced tomatoes after the first flip.
