Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Linda is the daughter of Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner & the late Charles Finkbeiner. She is the granddaughter of the late Charlie & Carrie (Wade) Hollenshead. This is listed under desserts, but my family prefers to eat it as their breakfast meal. I normally double the recipe & serve it for breakfast on special occasions such as birthdays and holidays.
