2 lbs sausage meat, browned and drained

Saute:
1/2 c chopped green pepper
3/4 c fresh mushrooms
3/4 c chopped onions
add:
2 tsp. mustard, dry or prepared
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb grated Swiss cheese

Mix all above. Line bottom of a buttered dish with a cubes of soft bread (no crust)- 12 slices. Pour all ingredients in pan . beat 6 eggs with 4 cups of milk; pour over top.
