3/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup each coconut, raisins, dates(optional)
2 cups grated zucchini

GLAZE:
1 T butter
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in coconut, raisins, dates and zucchini.
Pour in large shallow pan, lightly greased. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.

Blend glaze ingredients well and spread while bars are hot.
