2 large fryers
2 stalks celery
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 pkg vermicelli
1 can rotel tomatoes
2 tbsp worchester sauce
1 box (1lb) velveeta
1 cup green peas
1 jar mushrooms, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with celery, save 1 1/2 to 2 qts. of broth. Saute onions and bell peppers and oleo. Cook vermicelli in broth. Add rotel tomatoes (mashed) Add worchester sauce, peans and mushrooms. Stir in cheese until melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken and stir. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. (I don't usually cook mine that long)
