1 lb. sausage
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1/4 c.minced onion
1 (16-oz) can tomatoes
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in skillet & cook until done. Drain on paper towel. Discard pan drippings. Return sausage to skillet, stir in rice & cook over low heat 3-5 min. or until rice is golden. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 min. (or until rice is done), stirring occasionally.
