1/2 cup ketchup
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp.. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb lean hamburger
1/4 cup bell peppers chopped
3/4 cup saltine crackers (23)
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.
Whisk 1/4 cup ketchup with the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add meat, pepper. saltines and garlic. Mix well.
place on baking sheet and pat into an 8 x 3 oval.
mix 1/4 cup ketchup with the brown sugar and spread over loaf.
Bake 50 min or until done.
